Since 2014, we’ve offered a remote product photography service to accommodate the needs of independent artists and makers.

Instead of travelling to attend a photo shoot, simply send us your products. We will create the product shots you need while you carry on running your business - saving you time and money. The remote product photography service is convenient, flexible and means we’re not limited by distance - we’ve created images for clients all over the world from our studio in Derbyshire. You can trust us to take the very best care with your products and we’ll return them to you safely and securely after the shoot. 

We understand how much you put into your products, so with careful, considered styling we’ll make sure you get the most from your photographs. The result; beautiful, top quality images you’ll be excited to use across your marketing - from social and print media to e-commerce and catalogues.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP ONE

Before the photoshoot we’ll discuss your requirements and create a mood board. We’ll cover all the details so that we know exactly what kind of product shots you’re after and you can be confident you’ll get the results you want.

STEP TWO

We’ll help source the relevant props and backgrounds, then all you have to do is simply package up your products and send them to our studio ready to be photographed. Parcels can be sent via Royal Mail or a courier of your choice.

STEP THREE

Photography, styling and editing are all included so you can sit back and relax (or you know, do one of the other hundred tasks you have to do as a small business). Once the photos are ready you’ll receive them via Dropbox, and we’ll arrange posting your products back to you.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our rates start at £495 for a full day, and £295 for a half day.
Shooting, styling and editing is included.

FAQ

HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I SEND?

The amount varies depending on the products, styling, and your individual requirements. We always try to cover as much as possible in the time booked so that you receive plenty of beautiful new images to use. When sending an enquiry, please include as much information as possible and we will provide you with a more accurate estimate of the time required.

WILL I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR A PHOTOSHOOT?

We’ve put together some handy tips for you right here. In the run up to the photo shoot we'll keep in touch to discuss plans and we can set up a joint Pinterest board to collate ideas. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We would advise enquiring about booking 6-8 weeks prior to any product/seasonal launch. This gives us time to discuss your requirements, source any specific props/backgrounds and make sure we’re all properly prepared for your photoshoot.

CAN YOU HELP WITH STYLING?

Yes - photography and styling are both provided when it comes to your photoshoot. We’ll discuss your brand and your personal preferences in detail ahead of your photo shoot so that we can get a clear idea of the type of styling you like. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PROPS AND/OR BACKGROUNDS?

We have a large variety of props and backgrounds at the studio, but we always encourage clients to take a look around their homes and studios to see if they have any items that may work. It's a great way of adding touches of your personality and style into your images.

If you need specific props or backgrounds sourcing, we can help you with this - just ask. 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE IMAGES?

We use Dropbox and/or WeTransfer to send over your images - you'll receive them as high res jpegs ready to use where you please. We can also provide optimised images for various e-commerce and marketplace platforms such as Shopify, Etsy and Not On The High Street.
